Nurses Clinics
Some problems you have with your pet can be dealt with by one of our veterinary nurses. Ros heads up the nursing team and currently runs weight, dental and geriatric clinics. These clinics are run free of charge.
Ros and Lisa can also help you out with the little things that make your pet’s life better like clipping nails and figuring out which flea and worm treatments are best for your pet. We can also give you help and guidance on medicating your pet.
We recommend that puppies and kittens are routinely checked monthly until they are 6-months old. This is so we can monitor their weight, feeding and training and give you advice about neutering, microchipping, parasite control and pet insurance. These appointments will also be done by either Ros or Lisa.
Routine post operative checks and stitch removals are also carried out by the nurses including dental check ups. However, if at any point it is noted that your animal is unwell following an operation, you will be referred to the veterinary surgeon for an examination and treatment.
