It would seem that there has been some scaremongering in Kensington Gardens by one individual. Hopefully, we have managed to quell the hysteria with our informed advice.
PUPPY SOCIALISATION
Our highly popular socialisation evenings have started again! Every Tuesday form 6.30pm to 7pm any vaccinated puppy under 6 months old can come along for an informal play with other like-minded puppies. You can have a glass of wine and a chat. Charlotte, one of our qualified veterinary nurses is on hand to answer any questions you may have. The puppies go home tired and hopefully happy with a bedtime biscuit treat. There is no charge, just tell us you’re coming!
BLOOD PRESSURE
Both cats and dogs can suffer from high blood pressure, especially in middle age and beyond. This can lead to strokes, blindness and thrombosis (blood clots). High blood pressure can also indicate underlying cardiac (heart) or renal (kidney) disease.
During the months of February and March we are offering a free blood pressure measurement to all our canine and feline patients (normal price £ 42)

KENNEL COUGH VACCINATION
We recommend that any dogs that go to dog walkers be given the kennel cough vaccine annually with their routine vaccines. Please discuss this with Johnny or me when you come for your routine check up or call us and ask for one of our nurses to call you back.
LILY’S KITCHEN
We are now stocking Lily’s kitchen cat and dog food as a result of your feedback. The bedtime biscuits are a particular favourite with our canine patients.
