Looking After Your Pet When It’s Cold Outside

At this time of year we all start to feel the cold and it’s important to keep our pets warm. Emma gave advice for taking care of Rabbits and Guinea pigs, cats and dogs on the Petwell blog.

Emma also explained how important it is to get pain management right for stiff joints and arthritis during winter and how to spot it if your dog or cat has a problem. That sometimes, simple steps like getting your pet a coat and a warm soft bed can help.

If you haven’t popped in to see us for a while it’s a really good idea to get your pet checked once a year. Think of this like seeing your GP once every seven years or taking your car for an MOT and spotting problems before they escalate.

Keep warm and get in touch with any concerns.  You can read all Emma’s advice on the Petwell blog.
